This weekend was not too shabby. I went home and did laundry. Found my Winnie the Pooh bed sheets...woo hoo! Went to my nephew's batism. He's a cutey pie. Half white, half Filipino so you know TJ's gonna be a hottie when he grows up. I practiced driving for the first time in a long time. Gino took me out and we drove around the parking lot in a plaza for awhile. After practicing my turns a bit we headed out to onto the streets. A little nervous, but not too bad. Got honked at and yelled at for going a bit too slow, but oh wellers. After that I rewarded myself with a little shopping spree. My lola gave me some cash at the baptism, even though I told her repeatedly she didn't have too. It's sweet that she still likes to spoil her grandkids, even the old ones. Bought my roomie a cute halter, and got myself one too while I was at it. And I finally bought black flipflops because they were soft and on sale. I lost my old ones at a party. =( Headed back to Irvine in time to catch the 6:30 mass at Interfaith. Rolled with Mel because she's sweet enough to give me a ride. Actually got to chill with her too. We grubbed on some subways and studied at Barnes and Noble. Productive night, since I've been slacking off really bad. Fun stuff, missed the random deliriums with miss Mel here. HeeHeeHee. Big eyes. Clap. Checking out? No competition. Ha
Happy Birthday Quyen and April
